Official Sweepstakes Rules

• Prizes: 4 chances to win a single Beyblade X starter set, each valued at approximately $30 USD. Szasse Games and winner have the right to choose to replace the physical prize with a $30 USD gift card to Beyblade Premier's website. 

• Eligibility: To enter to win, participants must comment on videos in the Beyblade X playlist found on SzasseGames Beyblade YouTube channel, including the #XBegins, and also e-mailing the answer to the skill testing question posed in the video and proof of ownership of your YouTube account to szasse@szassegames.com. 

• Location: International entries are accepted. Prizes may vary based on country of residence. Prizes may not be possible due to embargos or other restrictions from the United States government. 

• Entries: Beyblade X Starter Set Unboxing videos. 

• Timing: The contest will end at 11:59PM CST August 30th, 2023. 

• Winners: Winners will be entered in to a draw, one entry per eligible video; winners may only win 1 of the 4 available prizes. Winners will be announced within 7 business days following contest end date. Winners must claim their prize within 25 business days of winner announcement. Winner must be able to provide proof of YouTube account ownership (i.e.: screenshot of logged in account page), compliance age regulations or parental consent, and a shipping address.

APPLICABLE LAW (VOID WHERE PROHIBITED): All Contests are subject to and governed by applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation in this Contest is void outside of the United States and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

Contest Entity and Immediate Family Member Disqualification: The officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents of Texas Monthly and any entity involved in the sponsorship, development, production, implementation and distribution of any Contest as well as their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries and successor companies (the “Contest Entities”), and their immediate family members (and those living in the same household, whether or not related), are prohibited from participating in any Contest and do not qualify as Participants. “Immediate family members” shall include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws”, or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension.

Age Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, each Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Parental Consent is required for all those under the age of majority.
